• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• Statistics and marketing cookies are used only after you consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
• Messages, quote requests and bookings are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in the website's database.
• IP addresses used for abuse protection are kept only as a cryptographic fingerprint, from which the address cannot be reconstructed, and are deleted automatically within two days at most.
• The free tools (UTM builder, QR code, WhatsApp link, Google preview) run in your browser and do not send the data you enter to the server.

Pages are delivered by the server of our hosting provider, Hostinger International Ltd., in the European Union. For every request, the server automatically records in its logs the IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, the browser type and the referring page, if the browser sends it.

To tell visitors apart from abusive automated programs (mass submissions, security scans), the website counts requests and, where necessary, temporarily blocks a network; for this purpose it keeps only cryptographic fingerprints of IP addresses, not the addresses themselves, for up to two days, as well as daily totals without personal data for 90 days.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider's logs are kept by it for a short time, in accordance with its policy; we do not use them to identify visitors.

The videos on the home page, on Blue's page and on the example pages from the film are delivered through a content delivery network (Cloudflare, Inc.), from the server closest to you. For this, the network receives the technical data of the request (IP address, file requested, browser), which it processes on our behalf solely for delivery and security. The network does not set tracking cookies.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering content quickly (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers outside the European Economic Area, if any, take place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

The website uses a single strictly necessary cookie for all visitors, which stores the choice made in the cookie window. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent, for the accepted categories. The full list, with the duration of each cookie, is in the cookie policy.

Some tools store data only in your browser (local storage): the UTM builder history and the quality level of the configurator animation. This data is not sent to the server and can be deleted at any time in the tool or in your browser settings.

When you write to us through the form, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number and company name (if provided), the topic of interest, your message and, if you send a calculation from the price calculator, the package and options chosen. We use them to reply, to prepare a quote and, if you decide to work with us, to conclude and perform the contract.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request) and, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Messages are stored encrypted in the website's database and forwarded to us by e-mail, through the hosting provider's mail server. We keep them for as long as the discussion or collaboration lasts; archived messages are deleted automatically after three years at most. Documents relevant for tax purposes (accepted quotes, contracts, invoices) are kept for the period required by accounting legislation.

To prevent automated submissions, the website limits the number of messages from the same network (five per hour), using only a cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address.

To book a 15 or 30-minute call we process your name, phone number, e-mail address, the channel chosen (phone or WhatsApp), the day and time and, optionally, your company name, the address of your current website and a few lines about the topic. We use them to send you the confirmation, to contact you at the chosen time and, on request, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

A reservation becomes a booking only after confirmation by e-mail; a reservation not confirmed within 30 minutes is deleted automatically, together with the data entered. The data is stored encrypted and deleted automatically 30 days after the date of the call. The confirmation, calendar invitation and cancellation link are sent to you by e-mail; the cancellation link contains a random key, so please do not share it.

If you choose WhatsApp, the call takes place through the service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, in accordance with its privacy policy.

In the configurator you choose the field of activity, format, look and pages of a website and see them immediately in a preview. While you work, your choices are not sent anywhere: they stay in the page address in your browser. The field, look and pages follow "?c="; everything you type (company name, contact details, prices, edited texts) follows "#t=", a part of the address that the browser does not send to the server. The photos and video you choose for the preview stay exclusively in your browser.

The administration demo in the configurator is a simulation: what you post there stays in the tab's memory (sessionStorage) until you close it and is not sent anywhere. No account is connected and no password is requested.

If you send the configuration, we process your name, phone number and e-mail address, your message, the summary of the configuration and its link, your choices (colours, font, pages), the website texts and two images of the configured website (the first screen and the home page), created in your browser exclusively with our example images. The request is stored encrypted in the database and forwarded to us by e-mail. If you choose WhatsApp, the pre-written message is sent by you, from your own account.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; the retention period is the same as for the contact form. The forms in the preview (for example "Request a quote" or the basket of an example shop) are for demonstration only and send nothing.

The UTM builder, QR code generator, WhatsApp link and Google preview run entirely in your browser: what you enter is not sent to the server. The UTM builder may keep the latest links created in the browser's local storage, which you can delete at any time.

When you check a website, the address entered is sent to our server, which opens that page, analyses it and returns the result to you. We keep neither the address checked nor the result. To measure speed, the server sends the address of the website checked to Google PageSpeed Insights (Google Ireland Limited), without your IP address or other data about you.

To prevent abuse, the website limits the number of checks from the same network (twelve per hour), using only a cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering the tool and protecting it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

With your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004), we may use statistics services, to understand how the website is used, and marketing services, to measure the effectiveness of advertising. Consent is given separately for each category and can be withdrawn at any time from "Cookie settings", without affecting prior processing.

Some of these providers may transfer data to the United States; such transfers take place on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data or disclose it to others for their own purposes. Access is limited to the providers on which the website and our correspondence depend (hosting and e-mail: Hostinger International Ltd.; where applicable, the services listed above), under data processing agreements, and to public authorities where the law requires it.

Data is processed mainly in the European Union. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place only with the safeguards provided in Chapter V of the GDPR.

Under the GDPR, you have the right:

• of access to your data and to receive a copy (Article 15);
• to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Article 16);
• to erasure, where there is no longer a basis for processing (Article 17);
• to restriction of processing (Article 18);
• to data portability for data you provided (Article 20);
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21);
• to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing (Article 7(3));
• not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (Article 22); the website makes no such decisions.

An e-mail to contact@temyro.ro is enough. We reply within one month of receiving the request; to protect your data, we may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.

The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Messages, quote requests and bookings are encrypted in the database, with a key stored separately from it. The administration panel is protected by three-step authentication (e-mail address, one-time code sent by e-mail and a code generated by an authenticator app), and sessions expire automatically.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 16; if a parent or guardian informs us of such data, we delete it without delay.

We update this policy whenever the way we process data changes (for example, when a new service or provider is introduced). The date of the version in force is shown at the top of the page.
