§ 03How we work

How the project unfolds.

The indicative timeline is 6–10 weeks, counted from the moment we receive the texts and photographs. You always know which stage the project is at.

  1. Step 1

    Initial conversation

    We clarify the goals, the audience and the pages required. It takes 15–30 minutes, by phone or on WhatsApp.

  2. Step 2

    Quote and contract

    You receive a quote with a final price. A 50% deposit is paid when the contract is signed.

  3. Step 3

    Content

    You send us the copy and the photographs. If you prefer, we write the copy for 90 lei per page.

  4. Step 4

    Design and development

    We build the website and you follow its progress on a preview link, on phone and desktop.

  5. Step 5

    Two rounds of revisions

    We adjust everything necessary, twice, at no extra cost. After that, an hour of changes costs 100 lei.

  6. Step 6

    Launch

    We configure the domain, hosting, e-mail and Google Search Console. The remaining 50% is due at launch.

  7. Step 7

    After launch

    The first month of maintenance is free. After that, optionally, from 149 lei per month: updates, backups and monitoring.

Which payment processor do you use?

Authorised processors chosen according to your bank and volume, for example Netopia, Stripe or your bank’s processor. Your company contracts with the processor directly and pays its fees to it.

Can I import products from a file?

Yes, if the products already exist in an Excel or CSV file or in another online shop. The import is agreed in the quote, depending on volume and on the structure of the data.

Can the shop connect to invoicing or courier services?

Yes. Courier integration is included: the shipping label is generated from the order and the customer receives a tracking link. Automatic invoicing, through SmartBill or Oblio, is added as an option (290 lei); for systems with special requirements we prepare a separate quote.

How long does it take?

Typically six to ten weeks, depending on the number of products, variants and integrations.
