§ 03How we work

How the project unfolds.

The indicative timeline is 2–3 weeks, counted from the moment we receive the texts and photographs. You always know which stage the project is at.

  1. Step 1

    Initial conversation

    We clarify the goals, the audience and the pages required. It takes 15–30 minutes, by phone or on WhatsApp.

  2. Step 2

    Quote and contract

    You receive a quote with a final price. A 50% deposit is paid when the contract is signed.

  3. Step 3

    Content

    You send us the copy and the photographs. If you prefer, we write the copy for 90 lei per page.

  4. Step 4

    Design and development

    We build the website and you follow its progress on a preview link, on phone and desktop.

  5. Step 5

    Two rounds of revisions

    We adjust everything necessary, twice, at no extra cost. After that, an hour of changes costs 100 lei.

  6. Step 6

    Launch

    We configure the domain, hosting, e-mail and Google Search Console. The remaining 50% is due at launch.

  7. Step 7

    After launch

    The first month of maintenance is free. After that, optionally, from 149 lei per month: updates, backups and monitoring.

What if I need more than three pages?

Each additional page costs 90 lei. If you expect more than six or seven pages, the Business website package, with up to ten pages, is usually the better choice.

Will I be able to change the texts myself?

Yes, if you choose content management, which is added as a module (290 lei). Otherwise we make the changes: the first two rounds are included, and afterwards an hour of changes costs 100 lei.

Will the website appear on Google?

The website is built and configured for indexing: a sitemap, Google Search Console, titles and descriptions for every page. Its position in the results, however, also depends on competition and on the age of the domain; nobody can guarantee first place.

How long does it take?

Typically two to three weeks from receiving the texts and photographs. Preparing the content usually takes longer than the build itself.
