§ 03How we work

How the project unfolds.

The indicative timeline is 3–6 weeks, counted from the moment we receive the texts and photographs. You always know which stage the project is at.

  1. Step 1

    Initial conversation

    We clarify the goals, the audience and the pages required. It takes 15–30 minutes, by phone or on WhatsApp.

  2. Step 2

    Quote and contract

    You receive a quote with a final price. A 50% deposit is paid when the contract is signed.

  3. Step 3

    Content

    You send us the copy and the photographs. If you prefer, we write the copy for 90 lei per page.

  4. Step 4

    Design and development

    We build the website and you follow its progress on a preview link, on phone and desktop.

  5. Step 5

    Two rounds of revisions

    We adjust everything necessary, twice, at no extra cost. After that, an hour of changes costs 100 lei.

  6. Step 6

    Launch

    We configure the domain, hosting, e-mail and Google Search Console. The remaining 50% is due at launch.

  7. Step 7

    After launch

    The first month of maintenance is free. After that, optionally, from 149 lei per month: updates, backups and monitoring.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

The risk arises when old addresses disappear without a redirect. Before launch we inventory every existing address and redirect it permanently (301) to the new pages, then monitor indexing in Google Search Console.

Can I keep my domain and e-mail addresses?

Yes. The domain remains yours, and the mailboxes are kept or moved together with the website; a complete move to another host costs 99 lei.

Is the price the same regardless of the size of the website?

The price of 790 lei covers the redesign of a website of ordinary size. Additional pages and modules are priced separately, and large projects receive a separate quote with a final price.

How long does a redesign take?

Typically three to six weeks, depending on the size of the existing website and the volume of content that is kept.
