§ 01Free tools
A WhatsApp link, with the message already written.
Your client taps the link or scans the code, and the conversation opens with your number and the prepared message. Suited to websites, Instagram bios, e-mail signatures and posters.
- Official wa.me link
- QR code for print
- HTML button for your website
The QR code appears here as you fill in the fields.
Low contrast: some phones may struggle to read the code. Use a dark colour on a light background.
§ 02Guide
Where to use the link.
The wa.me link is WhatsApp’s official format for opening a conversation. It works on phones, in the desktop app and in WhatsApp Web, without the number being saved in the client’s contacts.
- On your website, as a button visible on phones: usually the quickest route from a visit to a conversation.
- In your Instagram or TikTok bio, where only one link is allowed.
- On posters, menus and business cards, through the QR code.
- In your e-mail signature, for clients who prefer short messages.
The pre-filled message
A well-chosen pre-filled message tells you straight away what the client wants, for example “Good afternoon, I would like a quote for…”. The client can edit it before sending.
The number is written with the country code, without “+”, without leading zeros and without spaces. The generator converts it to this format automatically.
Next step
A good website starts with a clear conversation.
Book a 15–30 minute call or write to us. We will tell you how we would build the website, how long it would take and what it would cost. The call is free and places you under no obligation.
