AI automation · agents · data pipelines
Your systems, connected in a single flow.
Fluxion builds automations that read, classify and move information between CRM, ERP, e-mail and documents. An AI agent runs the repetitive steps; a person approves the decisions that matter.

- CRMcustomers and quotes
- ERPorders and stock
- E-mailrequests and confirmations
- Documentsinvoices and contracts
- AI agentreads, decides, acts
- No code written inside your systems: everything goes through APIs
- Mandatory human approval on risky steps
- A full log of every run, with who decided and when
- The particle network is an illustration: the drawn links do not represent systems that are actually connected.
How it works
A flow has three moments.
Scroll: the panel on the right follows the step you are reading. Every automation we deliver has this same structure, whatever systems are involved.
-
01
Input
A flow starts with an event: a new e-mail, an order appearing in the ERP, a document dropped into a folder. Fluxion listens only to the sources you choose and takes strictly the fields it needs, with minimal access rights.
- E-mail and web forms
- Orders, invoices, delivery notes
- Scanned documents or PDFs
-
02
Processing
The agent reads the content, classifies it and extracts the useful fields: customer, amount, due date, product. Every decision gets a confidence score; below the threshold we agree on, the case goes to a person, with the context already prepared.
- Classification by type and urgency
- Structured field extraction
- Confidence score and human review
-
03
Action
The result lands in the right system: a task in the CRM, a confirmed order in the ERP, a drafted e-mail reply that a colleague sends. Everything stays in the log, with the source, the decision and the moment.
- Writes to CRM and ERP through APIs
- Drafted replies, never sent automatically
- Log, alerts and run reports
Conceptual demo
Compose a flow and watch what happens.
Tick the sources and pick an action; the page draws the resulting flow and the log of a simulated run. Nothing here connects to a real system.
Tick at least one source to draw the flow.
- New orders
- Incoming invoices
- Customer e-mails
- Read
- Classify
- Extract
- Review
Run log
- Press “Run the simulation” to generate a log.
Transparent
What is real and what is concept.
We keep a clear line between what we deliver in projects and what we show here as illustration. If a feature is not in the left column, we do not promise it.
Implemented and verified before hand-over
Real capabilities, delivered in projects
- API integrations with CRM, ERP and e-mail, with separate read and write permissions
- Classification and data extraction from e-mails and documents, with a confidence score per field
- Configurable rules and human review for cases below the threshold
- Complete run log, error alerts and monthly reports
- Hosting in your own infrastructure or in the cloud, following your data policy
Illustrations, not product features
Conceptual demonstrations, on this page
- The particle network in the first screen is an animation, not a map of connected systems
- The flow simulation generates numbers in the browser; it reads nothing from outside
- An “autonomous” agent that decides alone in every case does not exist; important decisions stay with people
- The use cases below are scenarios, not measurements from projects
Use cases
Three typical flows.
Scenarios built on situations common in small and mid-sized companies. The figures are indicative and only show the order of magnitude.

-
01Orders received by e-mail
- Situation
- B2B customers send orders as free text or as an attached PDF; someone retypes them into the ERP, with errors in codes and quantities.
- The flow
- The e-mail is classified as an order, products and quantities are extracted and matched against the catalogue, then the order appears in the ERP as “pending” until an operator confirms it.
- Demo outcome
- In a scenario with 40 orders a day, the operator confirms instead of typing; code mismatches are flagged before delivery.
- ERP
- Human review
-
02Supplier invoices
- Situation
- Invoices arrive in different formats, to several addresses; the accounting team searches for them, downloads them and books them one by one.
- The flow
- Attachments are recognised, the fields (supplier, number, amount, due date) are extracted with a confidence score, and the invoices are filed in the month’s folder with a checklist for the accountant.
- Demo outcome
- In a scenario with 300 invoices a month, the accountant reviews a list instead of searching mailboxes; invoices with unclear amounts are flagged separately.
- Documents
- Extraction
- Accounting
-
03Internal assistant for procedures
- Situation
- New colleagues ask the same questions: how to process a return, where the leave form is, who approves an expense.
- The flow
- An assistant answers from the internal procedures, cites the source document and, when it cannot find the answer, opens a request to the responsible person.
- Demo outcome
- Answers always carry a cited source; unanswered questions become proposals to complete the documentation.
- Documents
- AI agent
